Yes. SellMate supports multi-courier integrations, shipment creation/tracking, COD workflows and courier sales/performance views for retailers. SellMate also offers a dedicated courier operations platform at courier.sellmate.lk with a merchant portal at courier.merchant.sellmate.lk.
Online and hybrid shops in Sri Lanka rarely ship with one courier forever. SellMate lets retailers create shipments, print labels and track COD parcels across integrated partners without retyping every order into a separate portal.
Orders from POS, WhatsApp or storefront workflows can move into dispatch with stock already reserved. Remittance and delivery status stay next to the original sale.
If you operate a courier network yourself — not only book partner couriers — see SellMate Courier software for tenant, rider, dispatch and settlement operations.
Create shipments without retyping into every courier portal.
Print COD labels and track cash collections end to end.
Follow parcels and keep customers updated on delivery status.
WhatsApp and web orders flow into courier workflows with stock reserved.
Retail SellMate helps shops book and track partner couriers beside POS and inventory.
SellMate Courier (courier.sellmate.lk) is the multi-tenant platform for courier companies: merchants, riders, dispatch, scanning, COD settlements, wallets and APIs.
Sri Lankan businesses using SellMate every day at their counters and offices.
